Love Letters to Europe is an art installation from City of Literature Edinburgh. Letters about Brexit by six different authors are projected onto 6 of Edinburgh’s iconic buildings. In 2018, Lân fan taal organised a similar project with projections on the Oldehove, where the theme was multilingualism. The projections combined text, image and sound.
Leeuwarden and Edinburgh will amalgamate their experience, artists and public space together in a project that answers the Love Letters from Edinburgh, but in a broader European context that involves Frisian and Scottish writers working together.
